finally i get to blog! after shifting house since last thurs, i haven been able to blog cuz as my webname suggests, i was blur and left a cable meant for the modem at the old house and could not go back and take cuz we had already returned the keys..

anyway i am absolutely thrilled about my new hse cuz i have my own small cosy room! haha no more sleeping with parents.. yeah! see e clock on the pic below? i like it very much.. but i just cant to seem to figure out how to see the time. and finally now got chance to build my already impressive body with the availability of a gym and a swimming pool! imagine, one fine day lying on the sunbathing chair reading den go for a swim before proceeding to the gym! oh ya and i forgot that there is a steam room, thou it sounds fun, i dunno wat it is for haha..

well as for xmas 05, it was a housewarming bbq cum xmas celebration for my family.. my 3 sisters, my mum and me had the fun of drawing names and buying xmas gifts for the one that u have drawn. well for the 4th time in 5 yrs, i drew my 2nd sis and i bought her a lavine perfume just as she wanted. and well i got a nike shirt as usual.. not only with my family, we decided to do it as well with the clique as a way to save money if not have to spend alot on all ppl.. and i received a crumpler pouch for my camera! thankssssss ppl! however the funniest thing that happened on that day was kenny's present to serene! it looked quite thoughtful with a self drawn wrapping paper and thou i must admit it sucks. after opening, wat was left was a box of underwear and a pair of green no4 socks worn outfield! well our budget was $20 bucks and if u cant see wat was written on the box, it says this:

Army Socks ------ $5
Kenny's Underwear ------ $15
Socks and underwear that has been worn outfield ----- Priceless!
There are just some things money cant buy! merry xmas!

well literally if kenny viewed that as $20 bucks, we cant say he was wrong haha.. and serene had to accept it and took pictures with "them".
on that day, we also sang ktv at my hse, played ps2 and the girls were watching a show on my laptop. thou my room is small, it can squeeze 6 ppl ok..

as for yesterday, 31st dec 05, we booked a hotel at Grand Corpthorne, Waterfront. well, i had the honour of living up to my name as i was tasked to bring playstation2. well i had really brought it upon their request, just that i forgot to bring games only mah.. nonono! i had a game which was left inside the machine itself ok.. and yet was kena suan by them all e way.
we also celebrated which was supposed to be on 3rd jan. after that that was when the real fun came! we play big old two (da lao er) while being in pairs. me and roger, serene and kenny, and the 2 couples, forfeit being that the loser has to drink watever mixtures of drinks that the previous loser sets. well well well, some had the honour of drinking milo+root beer+sprite+lemon tea while others had to drink. from there, i believe serene learnt a lesson of not being too complacent and not to be over confident. as a matter of fact, the next drink was the mixture stated above and serene was left with last card. soon serene asked me to pass her the milo and she was alreadt starting to pour the milo into the cup, thinking that she will not lose. alan and carol also left with last card each soon. oh no, we were left with quite a number of cards and ulitmately, by sheer luck, we won cuz their last card were all quite small. now it is time to unveil their last card and while alan had a 4, both serene and carol had a 7! well the thing is that bad luck always follows kenny for watever reason and they had heart, just 1 shape bigger than clubs which carol had and u can see the stunned look on serene's face.. well it was really an awful mixture as we tried abit before serene glup it up. well well well the moral of the story is not to be too complacent always hahahahaha....
